Involve parents and the local community in schools study

Cydradd has played a huge part in restructuring the annual school fayre or fete in to a community wide multicultural carnival where our various artist have performed and made the whole day a tremendous success.

We believe in it very important that our programmes for schools involve both the parents and the local community. We have previously had tremendous success in integrating the local ethnic minority members (however small) in to community actives.

We endeavour to break down the "them and us" scenario to illustrate that all members of our society have the same issues to face, such as paying bills and providing for our families, etc.

Cydradd have previously worked with the local community in playing a part in school activities, sponsoring events, teams etc as well as visiting schools to talk about their own diverse cultures.
