Provide teachers with up-to-date information on correct terminologies

We can advise head teachers of their legal responsibilities concerning the equalities legislation now in place. We can also offer advise on staying within the current legislation guidelines.

At Cydradd, we also provide workshops for the teaching staff on appropriate language when referring to members of the community from an ethnic minority background.

In addition, we assist schools with their “meaningful” race equality policy preparation and practical implementation.
