Victor Frederick

Victor was born in St Kitts in the West Indies, but has lived in Cardiff for over 30 years.

He is a guitarist for local band Cougar who have played all over South Wales including Chapter Arts Centre, St. Donats, Toucan Club, One Tribe Festival, Jazz, Bop and Blues Festival, Mount Stuart Square. Cougar represents the rich cultural heritage of Wales. A fusion of music and rhythms and the reality of immigration into Wales.
